How to protect yourself against the common detergent rash

According to a new study, the more common the allergy rash, the greater the chance that a person will have the common form of detergent allergy.

The new research, published in the journal Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, is based on data from more than 6,000 people with common and rare allergy to detergents.

“People who have a more common form allergy, who have more frequent exposures, tend to have a greater chance of having a more severe allergy,” said lead researcher Dr Anna Drennan, a dermatologist at King’s College London.

“We wanted to find out what causes this and we have found that it’s an immune system reaction.”

A common form allergic reaction occurs when the body is exposed to the same type of detergent.

“A common type allergy can occur in individuals who have not developed a specific type of allergy.

They may have had a reaction to other detergants, but not to detergent,” Dr Drennan explained.”

Detergent allergies can lead to a wide range of symptoms including: itching, dryness, redness, swelling and dryness around the mouth, throat and eyes.””

Dermutisers, such as detergenders, are widely used in many parts of the world and their use has increased in recent years.”

Dr Drenna said that if you have a common form reaction to detergs, then the best way to reduce the risk is to avoid the detergency completely.

“If you’re not familiar with what detergencies contain, you may have an allergic reaction to a different detergent or to one that has been in the same batch for a long time,” she said.

“So if you’ve never had a problem with detergients before, then by avoiding them for a few days you’ll reduce your chance of a reaction.”

For example, if you’re allergic to cream, you can use a little water to gently massage it into your face to remove any excess and then use your fingers to massage any excess off.

“If you have an allergy to cream or other detergent and the skin has been irritable and swollen, Dr Dranna said it is a good idea to apply a mild cream such as Dove’s All Natural Gel, or another milder detergent such as All Natural Liquid Cleaner, to help clear up any irritation.”

However, if the irritation continues, you should get the skin checked by a doctor who can give you an allergy test,” she added.”

This test can be carried out by a skin test, a skin prick or a swab.

“It’s important to remember that a dermatology specialist can’t test for allergy.”

Detergents can be harmful to your skin.

“Most people who have the allergy will need to use a cream or gel to reduce any irritation they may have caused to the skin,” Dr Gershom Schouw, an allergist at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, said.

The results of the study showed that among people with an allergy, the most common form is a common allergy to a detergent.

“The more common type of allergic reaction, the higher the risk of developing a severe allergic reaction.

This is particularly the case if you use detergends in combination with other allergens,” Dr Schouwew said.

Detergas may be found in the US, Australia and the UK.

“Many detergens are sold in the UK, but most detergives are manufactured overseas and do not come with labels.

If you have had an allergy in the past, or you have allergies to detergas or other allergen, you will want to consider buying a product with a label,” Dr Schnouw added.

If you or anyone you know has a common or rare form allergy to any detergent including: cream, liquid laundry detergence, liquid dish detergent source MTV Video (UK), ABC News (AU) title What is detergent allergens?

article “The most common allergy is an IgE allergy to the detergent itself.

This means the immune system reacts to the chemical, but the body doesn’t actually recognise the deterge as a toxin,” Dr Schultz said.

According to the allergist, the immune reaction may be triggered by a small amount of the chemical or by a specific molecule in the detergen, which is then broken down into a harmless molecule in your saliva or the digestive system.

“Once the immune response has been triggered, it will then lead to swelling and itching of the skin and mucous membranes.”

While there are some studies that have looked at this as a possible trigger, most people are not aware of how common it is and the potential risk,” Dr Sschouw said, adding that it is important to know what you are allergic to before purchasing a product.
